Grande Velvet is a large summer radish with exceptionally tender flesh. This variety is resistant to developing a coarse texture and has proven to be very easy to cultivate. It can be sown outdoors from May to August in a sunny or partially shaded location. Due to its rapid growth, successive sowing is also an option for continuous harvests.
